When do I need a topographic plan?
A topographic plan is needed for building permits, for sales and transfers of plots outside town-plan areas, for Land Registry corrections, for plot subdivisions and for legalising unauthorised works. Tell us what you plan to do and we will tell you what is required.
What is a tie to HGRS87?
HGRS87 (EGSA '87) is Greece's official coordinate system. Tying a survey to it means your plot's measurements are expressed in that system, so the planning office and the Land Registry can verify them.
Can you handle the whole project, from design to construction?
Yes. We take on the survey, the design, the permit, construction and supervision. You can also hire us for just one of these.
Which documents do I need to get started?
Usually the title deeds, the Land Registry extract with the property code (KAEK) and any earlier drawings or permits. We will give you an exact list for your project.
Which areas do you cover?
Our office is in Charilaou, Thessaloniki, and we take on projects across the Thessaloniki region. For projects elsewhere, please get in touch.
